"Diego is extremely profesional. He understands the customer needs, offers a competitive price and is open to feedback and in solving any issues. The work of ceilings is not an easy one, i know only learned a lot by removing all the texture of my home ceilings, but acknowledge so many factors to lead a nicely done job, including lighting, finishing, existing ceiling quality and construction finishing among others. Diegoâ s team were always very kind and respectful. As with any project, constant communication is the key to success. Thank you Diego! Until our next project"

"The work entailed raising the garage ceiling, moving the walk-in closet wall to enlarge the garage length, installation of interior and exterior doors, sheet rock, overall finish of ceiling and walls, installation of laminate floor and tile and four high hats on new ceiling. The work went very well. Mr. Garcia is punctual, very organized, knows what does and does it well and professionally. We are very satisfied with his work, would hire him again, and recommend him highly."

"Samuel was an excellent person to work with. His crew were on time, they did an outstanding job. They cleaned up everything. Samuel was there with his crew the majority of the time making sure everything we spoke about was done! His price to replace, the roof, all the boards around and under the roof and paint was lower than other estimates I got to just replace my roof. I am over the moon how beautiful my house looks and the job they done! Hire this crew and Samuel for any job you need done. You will be so glad you did! Thank Samuel"

"My respects for Yuri. He was punctual and held to his quote despite the job taking longer than he anticipated. Also, he alone painted the whole interior of the house except for the bathrooms and the ceiling. Did a very good job overall. and the services were very affordable. However, had to deduct a star because did not follow instructions by taking a tv mount down from a cinder block wall which will cost me money and grief to put back on. I still recommend this company."

"Tiago improved my home. He installed drywall to lengthen a small wall behind the TV and he repaired, plastered and painted all the walls giving them new life and durability. He recommended me the best way to do it within my budget. The project was top notch."

A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.
Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.
Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.
Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
