"She came in with a team of 4 and they really did a great job cleaning my home from top to bottom. My mirrors shined wonderfully and I could actually see clearly out of my windows! They cleaned windowsills and my ceiling fans and dusted, vacuumed and overall did a really good job. They came in on time and finished about a half hour early. "This past spring in the bad rainstorms, we had some water seepage damage our carpet and drywall. I got some estimates from a few companies and went with High Quality Painting. We wanted to renovate our family room that had a terrible drop ceiling with florescent lighting. They were able to add a full drywall ceiling with can lighting as well as replace the carpet with some vinyl flooring, fix the drywall and repaint the walls. The job they did was outstanding. Their workers were meticulous, careful and considerate of your home and made sure to clean up their mess everyday. "The women who performed their work did a fine job - but we asked specifically for a DEEP clean, which I thought meant floors scrubbed, bookselves dusted, soffits dusted, wood work washed, etc. That did not happen, in fact the ceiling fans were not cleaned because the folks who were sent could not reach them. We received a good overall cleaning, but not what I would call a "deep clean."

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."
