Tommy cleaned the concrete ceiling and wall and sealed it and then put a moisture barrier insulation. I also had Tommy remove all of the popcorn from the ceilings in the condo. I am so pleased with how the ceilings turned out. They are beautiful, no marks of drywall tape, no nicks it is a great job.
