You truly rescued us from a bad experience with a previous contractor that attempted a “knockdown” texture, but ended up in a disaster. After reviewing some of the customer reviews, we contacted them. Immediately, we were pleasantly surprised an actual person answered our request for an appointment upon our first call! Within 24 hours, Travis scheduled an appointment to stop in and view the disaster we found ourselves facing. Within hours, Travis provided an estimate that was a very fair price so we hired him. Even though there were a few weeks before they could start the project, it was absolutely worth the wait! Travis projected the project to be completed within 3 days, which is exactly spot on to his estimate. We couldn’t have been more delighted with the end result! The knockdown technique exactly met our expectations along with outstanding professionalism, promptness, very organized and clean (even though ceiling work can be extremely messy).
