He gave us a few options, and presented us with a detailed bid, which we thought was very reasonable. He estimated the job would take about 4 days and we could tell he really knew his craft. The job entailed re-positioning a set of double-doors, framing, sheet rocking, mudding and taping the stair encasement wall for paint ready, trim for a single door, the double doors, a new set of folding doors for a laundry area and a lighting circuit with 3-way switches. "They did everything from top to bottom.  Light fixtures, blinds, intake vents, ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards - all the areas I don't do every time I clean.  They did a thorough scrubbing of the bathrooms (3) and kitchen.  They were very well done.  I have dogs and cats and my floors all needed a very good scrubbing.   They also removed every item on a large wall of shelves, dusting each item and the shelves.  What was amazing is that everything was put back so close to its usual position I wouldn't have known the shelves had been done, except I saw them physically doing them. 



I've used several other cleaning companies over the last several years.  Bizzy Bee is a fair distance above the others.  What I loved is the separate visit made by the owner to understand my needs, provide me an estimate, and schedule the cleaning.  It was a chance to communicate my expectations and to discuss some of their methods, and choices of cleaning products.  I am very happy with their work and will use them for regular cleaning.
