We really appreciated their honesty. Brian Doughterty offered to do the additional work needed to strip the old product or reduce the price if we did the stripping. We did the stripping. The techs then returned to complete the process of sealing the grout. We are very happy with the work that Suncoast performed, and particularly pleased that they identified the issue so that we did not pay for something we would not be happy with.
