In addition to gaveling the popcorn texture removed, the ceilings were touched up, repainted, and the tops of the walls also touched up. This saved us a lot of time! Ben was very communicative about what was involved and the timeline, and we are very happy with the results."

"I believe this is the correct business, though I'm sure their are multiple crews.  For my move-in clean, the house was overall in good shape but needed detailed work.  I was disappointed with the work of this service and can't really recommend them. Biggest disappointment was dusting. They were prompt and courteous - scheduling was easy and they were responsive to my communications.  A 3 person crew showed up instead of a 4 person as quoted.    I had to ask them to go over several areas more than once (which they did)  so this made me worry about what wouldn't have gotten done if I wasn't present to supervise.  They also had limited uses for the "high duster". They told me there were several areas they couldn't reach (like the ceiling fan) because they couldn't stand on anything and they were short.  Well the next day I went back over the house with a swiffer duster and never left the ground and found a lot of left over dust and some window sills that weren't even touched.  They worked on areas that I asked for extra work on, but I had to point out so many redos that I eventually gave up - and as I said I had to go back behind them the next day.  Kitchen and bathroom and floors were pretty good but I felt like they started fairly clean so it was touch to tell; I only know they girls spent a good deal of time there and what I had them redo in these areas was minimal. Luckily, they finished somewhat early(since I had cleaned some rooms myself prior to the arrival after hearing the high estimate) and I save but bit but I have to doubt the value of the service and I'm not sure I'd use them again or recommend.  Wish it had gone better.  Someone was supposed to contact me afterwords to provide info on regular service - which never happened; I do recall a generic message saying that they hoped I enjoyed the service.  :-\

Tile, windows with trim, cabinetry, all looks great. Also... he is an all around great guy. Love my remodeled house."

He also made minor electrical work and pressure washing for my driveway, all of it was done in an excellent way at schedule and with the same cost that was agreed upon.

"I strongly recommend Bzr. We found them on Houzz. We started with a kitchen remodel and felt good about moving forward with our next projects with them. We then started our bathrooms. "Had a soffit/front porch bead board repair done where some of the bead boards had buckled. Instead of pulling enough bead board down to re-install properly, the grooves (tongue and groove) were rip sawed off and caulk was used to fill the gaps. Naturally, with expansion and contraction, the caulk separated from the joints and led to several unsightly areas. An offer was made to repaint, however, we do not feel as that will work over time. We are going to rip the entire area down and replace with new bead board as the multiple coats of paint (including interior grade paint) that were slapped on are unsightly in their own right. On a good note, we had bead board added to the balance of the house and the work that was completed within the allotted time frame (we had to do some of the finish work ourselves) does look good and we are happy with that. I will say that I should have been more diligent on oversight of the job. Tongue and groove is meant to allow for expansion and contraction. As the grooves were sawed off of the planks, gaps were inevitable. Update 1/25/2019: Mr Handyman returned, tore down all of the originally repair porch ceiling (previously repaired) and properly installed new bead board (purchased by us) after painting it at their shop. We are very pleased to provide this update and are very happy now with the porch ceiling."
