Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. We felt he was very fair with us in his pricing for the scope of the work.

He helped us review the composite siding options and warranties, and brought us samples for the siding and decking, at different price points and explained in detail differences between each. He and his crew came punctually and on the schedule that Antonio had laid out for us.  They were meticulous in their clean-up as well.

"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. "I hired Matt after a no-callback and a no-show from two other contractors. I wish I found him first as he came by when he said would, got me a quote in under a day, and showed up to do the work. He and Austin spent about 8 hour putting up blue board over an old ceiling and in a closet, three coating everything, and touching up dents and areas where the trim had damaged the horse-hair plaster. Everything looks good, they definitely breathed new life into an old room. The plaster's about dry now, ready for a final quick sanding, primer and paint. I'm not going to bother calling anyone else the next time I'm looking to have plaster work done, Preferred Skimcoat gets my money from now on."
