Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. "I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. "I hired Matt after a no-callback and a no-show from two other contractors. I wish I found him first as he came by when he said would, got me a quote in under a day, and showed up to do the work. He and Austin spent about 8 hour putting up blue board over an old ceiling and in a closet, three coating everything, and touching up dents and areas where the trim had damaged the horse-hair plaster. Everything looks good, they definitely breathed new life into an old room. The plaster's about dry now, ready for a final quick sanding, primer and paint.
