"I canâ  t speak highly enough of Javierâ  s work and professionalism. He installed ceiling tiles and lights in the basement and pleased with the results. Iâ  ve had poor luck with contractors in the past and pleased to have met and worked with Javier. His expertise in many areas will have me hiring him for other projects."

"Hang and finish drywall Paint open ceiling in basement Paint walls Install drop ceiling. They did a great job for a fair price and on time. Great communication. Showed up when they said they would each and every time. Good job cleaning up as well. I would definitely hire them again or recommend to anyone."

"Happy with ceiling work. Other additional work done, not so happy about."

"Rey and his team were outstanding! They were able to schedule the work quickly. They painted multiple rooms and ceilings for us. Because he had a crew, Rey was completed the entire job in one day. The attention to detail and his quality of his work was unsurpassed. Additionally has price points where at or below all of the other quotes we requested. As long as I live in the Chicago area I will never look for painting anyone to complete painting for me other than Rey! 👍🏼👌🏼"

"She came in with a team of 4 and they really did a great job cleaning my home from top to bottom. My mirrors shined wonderfully and I could actually see clearly out of my windows! They cleaned windowsills and my ceiling fans and dusted, vacuumed and overall did a really good job. They came in on time and finished about a half hour early. The price was fair especially for all of the work that was done. And my stove looked brand new. I was so impressed that I am having them come back on a regular basis until my place sells."

"Above and Beyond Construction recently completed an almost whole-house renovation including a family room addition, a fully remodeled kitchen, relocated stairways, three bathrooms, and a finished basement. The addition seamlessly blends with the original spaces, making it feel like a natural extension of my home. The work is detailed and outstanding to the point that visitors do not know where the original 1911 house ends and the 2024 house begins. The highly skilled craftsmen matched the woodwork details of the original house to the new addition perfectly. Chester is easy to work with, has a positive outlook, and a good sense of humor. He will work with you to answer questions, provide suggestions, and address concerns throughout the renovation process. Above and Beyond transformed my little frame house from an outdated, decades-neglected, design and décor calamity left by the prior owners into an elegant space that honors tradition yet transcends centuries."

"JK was great at remodeling half of our basement. Professional, friendly, responsive, and great quality. I will use them again!"

"The duo was very efficient in what they cleaned. At the time, everything seemed fine for the price, but over the next day or so we noticed that there was dust on the ceiling fans/lights, around the fridge, beneath the stove, and there was lint behind the dryer, debris in the corners in the pantry and some drawers. We were expecting these things to be cleaned for a move-in cleaning service, but maybe it depends on the company."

"I was not overly impressed with the Angelo because when I mentioned I had purchased 8 hours, he said he works like a two man crew so he did not think I needed the whole 8 hours.  While the shelving was put up nicely and secure there were areas where he misjudged a screw hole and had to redrill but he never back to patch the hole he made initially.  I had to hire another crew to come in and replaster to prep for a painting job because it was not done completely or sanded down for painting.  Angelo did not complete the entire 8 hours because I decided not to bring him back for any additional work.

"They arrived exactly when we planned & because it was my first time using them, the owner (Elliot) came in, walked through the house, and ensured they knew exactly what needed to be done. Their work was incredibly thorough including getting out a ladder to clean ceiling fan blades. I'm also pretty sure they mopped every floor surface twice, as well as got to every surface no matter how high (like armories and 42" kitchen cabs). This may sound silly, but I also noticed they emptied and refilled the water/soap bucket often, so dirty water was always discarded. The cleaning women were efficient and seemed to get into every corner. My house feels about as sparkling as I think it ever could be. The owners of the company are a mother and son team and they clearly take pride in their professional approach with clients, as well as the training they give their employees and the job that is ultimately done. I think I'm tough to please, and I would highly recommend this business."
