Tom responded to our request for a meeting/estimate immediately.  He asked for no money up front.  His price was fair.  We special ordered a window from home depot and Tom offered to pick it up for us which saved us a $69 delivery fee.  He showed up as promised and started work at 8AM each day, skipping lunch because he said it slowed him down.  He kept removing his shoes to enter the house until we told him it was unnecessary to do so.  During the process Tom hung drop cloths and plastic sheeting to protect the areas surrounding the project.  Before he left each day he made sure the work area was cleared of debris and other materials - putting materials back in his truck for work the next day - nothing left around for us to trip over.

Tom's demeanor was calm and re-assuring.   If he ran into a snag, he did not lay any anxiety on us, but handled it quietly and competently.  Tom is a gentleman artisan.  We will definitely use him for future projects, and we feel so fortunate to have chosen him for this job."

Also, he did baseboards in a closet and they now match well with the rest of the room. Cleaned up after the job. Very friendly and easy to work with."
