He installed a heater fan in the bathroom ceiling, repaired two ceiling with water damage, installed a new storm door and repaired en exterior window frame that had multiple areas that were rotting. "Francis was super knowledgeable and gave great advice. We had him in to repair about 25 holes which had been left behind after electrical work to put in overhead lights. The holes were in the ceiling and in the textured walls. He not only patched the holes well, but he matched the texture on the wall perfectly! While he was in, he gave us some advice and recommendations and ultimately we also asked him to skim coat the ceilings that we had removed popcorn from and he did a great job there as well. At the end of the work we asked him to do, he cleaned up and left the areas he was in cleaner than they were when he came in! We are seriously amazed by the quality of work at an affordable price completed by Francis and will definitely go to him if we have any other work we need done. Great work done by a really great guy, highly recommend!"
