"I needed my entryway stairs and porches replaced due to age. I found MMP Construction here on Angie’s list, and contacted them through the website. Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. "Scott and his team were great at navigating our construction project during COVID-19. They built an exterior stairway to the section of the house they were working on and installed a barrier between the construction zone and the rest of the house. This let us live in the house while the workers had their own separated area. Our Project Manager Ray was fantastic! His communication was excellent and whenever we had questions he was great at taking the time to explain what he was doing. We love our new space and look forward to our next project with Scott and his team!"
