"Ivan responded quickly to my inquiry, and he and Noel came to look at what I needed done and gave me an estimate of $600 to install the pull-down attic stair unit i had already purchased. That was half what another "handyman" service had quoted me. It would have been nice if they'd vacuumed around the work area when they were done as there was sone sawdust, but a very minor point and I didn't even notice the dust until well after they'd finished and left."
