Family company that delivered star professional results. Special acknowledgement, this was my first time contracting with them, and, after starting them for a day and a half I had to leave on business mid-way into their part of the project, however, all work jobs were performed and completed on time as discussed and according to specifications with great looking results. The painter that is doing the walls (would have used Danny's team but they were already booked solid) commented on how "wow, this took twenty years off of the house" -- he had seen it with the popcorn initially.  This painter also does popcorn removal; and, was clearly impressed  with Danny and his team's work.  
I'm also amazed at how fast the work was done.  I'm on a tight move in schedule; and, Danny and his team completed the job in two days as promised.  They are extremely organized and clean too...no trace of popcorn or anything else after they were done.
Once again, I highly recommend Danny and his team and plan to get estimates from him for future remodeling projects we have in mind for our new home.

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

I spent many hours over several months looking for a contractor to install a suspended ceiling with no joy. I came across Kanopi thru HomeAdvisor by Anti and was able to complete this job in about 2 weeks from contacting them. Highly recommend using Kanopi for sales and installation of Armstrong products."

"He did not have the right tools. I have some kind of transformer that takes like 220 current and turns into a 110 current and so I said does that transformer go to the light that lights up my house and he said I really don't know. He just did not get stuff finished. He gets it half done and say and okay I think you need a new transformer right take this to an electrical wholesaler and have them make sure that its a bad transformer but anyway he took it off so I don't have the transformer hooked up. he could not fix the light in another place because he could not get in. I just was disappointed and I kept thinking well maybe if I give him one more project he can do the next project well. It just kind of went from bad to worse. We tried to change the light bulbs at a 23 foot ceiling in my main entry and so he had an extended ladder and an extension pole and instead of him getting up on it he pushed his Mexican worker on it who does not speak English and has never done it before and then he locked the room. He does not really know what he is doing. I just felt it was unprofessional. I paid him additional money. I paid him a lot more money than the Angie's list price to see if he could get everything accomplished. Many things left unaccomplished. He was frustrated and I was frustrated and then I got his bill."
