They worked non stop and were able to remove a rust stain on the tile in the shower, years of dirt on a heat lamp in the ceiling and many other feats due to negligence. The bad news is because of the demand for his services we needed to schedule 2 months in advance.  THE GOOD NEWS is because of the demand for his services we needed to schedule 2 months in advance.   When the time came he was there early in the morning with his assistant ready to begin working.  The quality of the work was excellent and done in two days when his quote was for three days.  His quote broke down the work in great detail, so it was possible to make an informed evaluation before agreeing to have the work done. Even though Dave needs to be scheduled one or two months ahead, it is worth it because you know you will get quality workmanship done in an expedited manner.  I have already scheduled him to return to install a ceiling fan and pullout drawers in the pantry.
