John repaired some water damaged ceilings in my house a month ago.  The job was fairly extensive and needed the plaster to match the swirl pattern in the rest of the house.  He did a very good job for me and kept the place clean by sealing off the area with plastic sheeting and covering the entire hardwood floor with heavy paper.  The job took two people two days and cost $1,500.  

Since John worked out so well, I brought him back for another smaller plastering job after a plumber had finished repairing some pipes for me.  He repaired some areas that had severe water damage and needed the old plaster cut out and replaced.  The job took two people 3/4 of a day and cost $550.  He knew exactly what to do, did good work, and cleaned up after himself.  I am an engineer who has contracted many private contractors to rebuild an renovate several homes that I have lived in over the years and can say with no reservations that John is top quality at a good price.

The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job.
