"1st - they responded quickly to my request for quote. 2nd - they were always on time.. They came out to view the project (on time, courteous, just great guys). They measured, described the options, gave references and had a quote for us before they left. They provided insurance and hard copy of the quote same-day. They scheduled the work (again, were on time); brought out the exact amount of material & lablor. Finished the project and cleaned the area like new. The ceiling was measured out perfectly with great sight lines - pleasing to the eye. Prices were in-line with other providers.
