"Omar does excellent work and everyone he brought in was professional. He brought in a) 1 person to help hang the drywall but he did the mudding and sanding, b) carpenters to install new crown molding and install a new exterior door frame I bought and c) a painter to paint trim and walls. Because we chose metallic paint for the ceiling that has to be rolled quickly, Omar primed & painted the ceiling (3 times to ensure proper coverage). When the caulking separated/withdrew in the corners of the new crown molding after several days (after I had fully paid him), he came back in a very timely manner to re-caulk and paint the entire crown molding again without hesitation. Omar and his wife cleaned up very well. His English is adequate, but he brought out his daughter for the quote phase to ensure there were no communication issues. He reliably arrives on time. He uses Joist software via email to provide the estimate and detailed work description; with a couple of clicks, the customer makes payments with a credit card. He requested 50% upfront which I did pay and work started within several days. Upon completion and my approval, he sent me the final bill for payment (we added some work and price adjustments I was happy with). His $4,400 cost was in-line with another bid and he was a pleasure to work with."
