"I used them four times and they were terrible. I give them a very unfavorable rating and I would be very specific what they were terrible about: they're just not professional, not thorough and not good. They kind of flunked on all categories. Four times, because I gave them a second chance. My mom and dad needed help on the same day. The first time they gave me all the excuses and then the second time I said, "Okay, you don't have any excuses now. You should be good." The second time they weren't any better the first time so I was done with it. They were nice and they were prompt and I felt comfortable getting them into my house. The price was average. Nope, fired them. They were nice people. I felt comfortable. I didn't feel they were dishonest. I didn't feel uncomfortable getting them into my mother and father's home who were elderly because I felt like I could trust them and that is huge. But they just weren't good. They weren't professional cleaners. They were very amateurish. My teenage daughters did a better job when they were cleaning. They didn't do corners. Every room that they cleaned, you could write your name in one surface at least. They didn't believe in dusting even if I told them it was important to me. The first time they did my dad's house, they literally walked through the living room and didn't do anything in the living room and spent a whole bunch of time cleaning the stove nobody uses in 20 years. I don't know why they thought to clean the stove. I made it very clear, "Don't clean the stove." I think part of the problem was communication but I made it very clear the second time because I could tell there was communication problems. The second time I was very clear about what I wanted done and where I wanted time spent and they still didn't do it. I don't know what to tell you."
