Russel and I exchanged text and photos, and he came to the house to confirm his understanding of the scope of the work. He installed furniture and carpet protection from the job site all the way to the door to ensure that he kept the hours clean. His demolition was fast and he let me inspect the are in the cavity before install the patch so I could quickly check for other plumbing issues.
