He gave us a quote on the spot to remedy the situation and the next day him and his crew were there. They repaired a 2' x 3' hole, scraped the ceiling to smooth and touched up the walls after painting the ceiling. This happened on a Thursday and allowed us to continue with out closing on Monday. "Fast forward seven months later... I noticed water stains on the dining room ceiling again. I contacted Mr. Vince regarding the situation and he respectfully offered to dispatch someone to redo the ceiling for a small fee. This was not in my budget so I asked Mr. Vince for advise and he was kind enough to give it.. After receiving his useful advice I attempted the work myself. Needless to say it was an amateur job but it held up during the holidays. However, I will need to hire a professional to get the finish I want."
