Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. "If you need plaster work done, I highly recommend Best Pro Builders Inc. I have been renovating a 100-year-old house in Cambridge, and needed some ceilings and walls repaired prior to painting. Erick came to my property twice to help me understand which walls and ceilings could be covered with skim coat plaster, and which needed to be demolished, as the plaster was coming loose from the lath. The crew who did the work were extraordinarily competent and hard working. As the job proceeded, I became worried about the huge mess the ceiling demolition made, but when the crew finished the job, they vacuumed and washed the floors, leaving the place cleaner than it was when they got there. The ceiling repair was being paid for by the HOA master insurance carrier, and I was so thankful Derek was willing to take the job, despite knowing that the payment process was going through insurance, and was delayed. "I was very impressed with Ryanâ s work. He showed up when he said he was going to, completed the job way above my satisfaction, and he even came back to replace a ceiling tile that had been damaged by the electrician. The price was very fair and I could not be happier with the quality of work. Before I found Ryan I had scheduled appointments with 7 contractors. 6 of them either canceled or were no shows. The one that had showed up I never received a quote from. Thatâ s why when I met Ryan I was instantly confident he was the guy for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of drop ceilings.
