I had asbestos popcorn ceiling removed by another company who were not as careful as I would have liked and left the ceiling in pretty rough shape. Richard and his team skim coated the whole ceiling primed and painted it. It looks beautiful and has really made Home feel like home. his team also took out an old AC/heater unit in the wall patched and repaired it like it was never there. He walked me through the process and explained all the steps. He was so thoughtful and took the time to show me pictures of what the end product would look like and even utilized resources I already had to cut costs for me as a homeowner. "My relative has been living in the same condo for over 50 years and finally agreed to have the junk acquired hauled away. During this process mold was found in a bedroom and kitchen wall. Al, the owner/manager, had given me a reasonable estimate in the beginning, and after finding the mold, another reasonable estimate was given. All work done was professional and on time. One full bath had a new floor installed and a new toilet installed. One bedroom wall needed new baseboard, installation, and painting. that bedroom needed new carpet installed. One kitchen wall was sanded and painted. Whole condo was deep cleaned. All work was excellent."

"I called Mr. Lee on a Saturday morning, he showed up that afternoon, looked at the problem areas, and gave me quote. He even arrived slightly earlier than when he said he'd be there, which was great because it was 4th of July weekend!! We scheduled that work for the following Friday. The following Friday he showed up at 9:30 just like he said he would and finished the job around 2:30. He matched the textures in both areas (a different texture for each hole) almost exactly. I'm very happy with the work Mr. Lee performed and would recommend him without reservation to anyone that needs a hole in a wall or ceiling patched."

"With the estimation of agreed work to be done, TME Construction did everything as planned except for installing ceiling boxes due to lack of J box. I don't know if that missing element could have been checked during the time of making the estimation, but I have to take additional steps to hire electrician for that. The bonus for me was I was abled to get that IKEA storage finally put together and placed in my bathroom. Yay!!!"
