Also, a new shower ceiling was placed with a fan and light fixture. The tile work was beautiful. The bathroom looks great and we love it! "They fulfilled the special. Unfortunately, they have not followed up with my invitation to give me an estimate for related services. I have been contacted by them since then, but not to schedule the estimate or provide figures to me. It seems that the well-mannered scheduler and the very professional on-site professional are completely out of sync as to what the next step is supposed to be in my case. 
 
That's too bad, for I felt they were very trustworthy, in that, in spite of some ceiling water damage I have, the inspector concluded that my roof is okay. The water damage was most likely caused by an ice dam in my gutters last winter. 
 
I had asked them for an estimate for a better gutter system (either installing screens or an entirely new system) as well as solar-powered roof fans to replace my current generic outlets. 
 
I can only guess that they aren't really interested in that kind of work, and must prefer to only follow through with total roof replacements.
I get that. But, their failure to communicate that, especially after the salesman took measurements and said he would get back to me, keeps me from being able to give them perfect scores. 
 
I would definitely recommend them for a roof inspection, however.

There were a couple of areas that he needed to cover with sparkle and he had to come back 3 times and he still didn't get it right. He came back 3 times and he was a very nice man. We just decided to leave is the way it was. He did the best he could in that situation."
