"I was pleasantly surprised by how well the project turned out. The finished project truly exceeded my initial expectations. The crews were friendly and courteous and did a wonderful job even in some very difficult weather conditions. They did a roof and outdoor patio addition to match my existing home, added recessed lighting, outdoor ceiling fans, expended the concrete patio, and installed stone wrapped columns. "There was no sign on the vehicle to indicate who the people at the door were. The workers did not wear uniforms or even a patch on their shirts to indicate who they were. My biggest concern was NO masks and no indication that antiseptic cleaner was used. Bugs were left in the light fixture when it was returned to ceiling. I told one of the workers that I was going to be out on the patio. But the crew left without telling me they were going or letting me check their work."

"Super. Alan and nick cut out raised header and widened rough open on my mobile home to accommodate a regular home sized exterior door and security door. Only took 2 hours from start to clean up. They also installed the new hardware. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very reasonable. On time took no breaks cleaned up and vanished. This company has always given me the best service, best price. Always recommended have yet to find a job they cannot handle. Will have them remodeling my dining area and installing windows my next project. They have already helped with emergency plumbing on a below freezing Sunday evening at standard not overtime charges, installed my mini-split ac unit and remodeled a closet/laundry room to large laundry/ pantry with new subfloor , water heater and water softener. Always a superb job. Sara and Alan Gayford are running a super business if you’re wanting quality work at an affordable price these days use ACB services as I do. Thanks Ed devol"

"All went well - again (David had previously updated our kitchen/dining room). Wall board installation/texturing and paint were all top quality. Work was done quickly and conscienciously over the span of a week...no interruptions or days away to other jobs. Floor was protected and all entrances to the room were draped with plastic...dust in the house was virtually non-existant. Electricians arrived as scheduled and did great job with ceiling lights/dimmer switches. Work area kept clean at the end of each day. I am now ready to paint reachable walls and add trim myself. We are fully satisfied with the job provided by D. Michael Designs."
