The contact at HM was very kind and nice when I scheduled. I just want to mention a few things that might be helpful in the future. The nice lady on the phone did not inform me that the workers did not speak English. This does not matter to me but it may be a problem for someone who hires them bc it was very difficult to communicate to the workers what we wanted completed. Also the nice lady who scheduled us informed me that the workers would clean floor to ceiling and they would wash windows both inside and out but when they arrived we were informed that they would not do the walls or the outside of the windows. The girls did eventually clean the walls but they were done very quickly and therefore the walls were not thoroughly cleaned. We felt a little mislead."
