"We were in a hurry because new cabinets were to arrive soon and doing this ceiling repair would be much easier without new cabinets in the way. The contactor was very prompt to come give an estimate (the next day!) which was great. Responsiveness = A. Upon arrival, however, he did not remove his street shoes at the door - not a biggie but also not very courteous as he did leave shoeprints on our glossy hardwood floors. He seemed knowledgeable about what was needed (although it wasn't a tough job) and gave us an estimate on the spot, which was also great. However, upon presenting him with the Angie's List 10% discount coupon he has on the website, he refused to accept it, saying "...he really didn't want to deal with it..." Professionalism = C. Needing the job done quickly, we contracted him to do the work anyway. He said he would send his best drywaller in 2 days (not including the weekend), which he did. Punctuality = A. He also sent a helper - even better! The two men were polite and got to work immediately and were done in less than 2 hours! However, they did leave splashes of both dry and wet drywall compound that we had to clean up...on the floor, on the walls, on the doorknobs, even on the window which was like, really? The quality of the actual repair was good; the contractor promised we would never be able to tell but...I'm the son of a home builder and I can tell. I've had other drywall repairs made that I truly cannot tell were done. On that basis an A means I cannot tell and a B means I can. Quality = B. As far as the price goes, the contractor estimated the job would take about 1/2 day (4 hours), so the agreed price was $250. However, the job was completed in less than half that time (2 hours) with no discount - but we needed the job done quickly and the contractor exceeded on that account."

"They installed a custom shower pan, tile, new bath tub, marble threshold,  new shower valves and completely renovated the bathroom. They also remodeled our kitchen and did minor ceiling/drywall repair as well. After the remodeling was finished they painted the dining room and bathroom.. Everything is really nice. "Work required re-framing of the bump out roof that had a peak slanted slightly down instead of slightly up. That caused water to easily enter when the wind was blowing. The shingles and underlayment were removed, replaced with ice and water rubberized underlayment, and re-shingled. Very happy with the work done. Cleanup was also complete to my satisfaction. The Centennial employees were very professional and, more importantly, took the time to explain what the cause of the leak was and how it was repaired so that it did not happen again. "Rick is very professional and pleasant to work with. He called before he came to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he walked in the door he noticed the storm door was not closing properly, so he quickly took out his screwdriver and fixed it. The lighting fixture in the foyer and the smoke alarm in the bedroom presented a challenge because the ceiling is very high. Rick had to contort his body to be able to do the work.  These were difficult tasks but Rick performed them without complaints; he is very upbeat. In the kitchen he redid the hinges in some of the cabinets to straighten them and even fixed another section under the kitchen sink that he noticed was off.
