"Excellent experience. The removal of the popcorn ceiling was Amazing, done in just a few hours, including the cleanup. My ceiling looks so smooth. I will have other ceilings done with this Company in the near future. Thank you for your recommendation. Dorothy Saridakis"

"We are so happy with the result of the popcorn ceiling removal! Our ceilings look very professional and make the house seem new. Chris and his team were quick and efficient to get the job done and worked very hard."

"I have a three bedroom condo. Carl removed the popcorn ceilings throughout the condo, the porch and including the closets. Removed the wallpaper in the bathrooms. He applied a textured look the all of the ceilings throughout the condo including the walls of the bathrooms. He replaced all of the faceplates on the electrical outlets (originals were from 1976 and were discolored with age). He painted all of the doors, including the louvered doors making them look like new. A real professional and true craftsman. There were several severe cracks in the walls which needed repair"

"I canâ t say enough great things about Mike and his team. Extremely professional and high quality work. Iâ ve already referred him to 3 of my neighbors."

"We recently hired Soane from Fiefia Drywall to patch and repair four areas of drywall in our home, including two spots in the ceiling where old recessed light cans had been removed. The results were absolutely fantastic. The drywall work was seamless, and the texture matching was so well done that you would never know repairs had been made. Everything blended perfectly with the existing walls and ceilings. Beyond the quality of the work, Soane was a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent from start to finish, he arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the project, and was extremely professional. What impressed us most was how clean everything was when he finished honestly, our home may have been cleaner when he left than when he arrived. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Soane to anyone needing drywall repair or texture matching. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Soane! 👏🏻🏠"

"We recommend Smith Remodeling without hesitation. Lisa and Mark Smith and their long-time crew do excellent work at a reasonable price and take pride in it, as if your home were their own. Their finish work is outstanding – as good or better than new construction. They refurbished our vintage 1980 condo from top to bottom and made it look brand new, ready for us to move in. They sealed and painted ceilings, removed wallpaper, patched drywall, painted all walls, doors and casings, put in new baseboards, tore up tile and carpet, leveled the slab and installed vinyl planking and soundproofing. Along the way, at our request, they added a pocket door, painted the lanai, reset can lights in the kitchen and replaced wire shelves. They kept the site organized and left it neat and tidy. Dealing with Lisa was a pleasure. She worked with our association to meet all its requirements. She sent us to a source for flooring that saved us considerably over the retail stores we had been shopping. If we couldn’t reach her, she usually returned our calls within an hour – incredible in her business. She was responsive, direct and flexible even when resolving issues that inevitably pop up in big projects. Her original quote reflected concern about wallpaper that had been painted over in the kitchen. Turned out there were three layers there and another unexpected one in the bathroom, all of which took much more time to remove, but because she identified the potential problems up front, surprise was kept to a minimum. She also generously adjusted her rate for the extra work to keep the additional cost down. Before we hired Smith, we visited several previous clients and got the same story over and over: Superb work, reliable people, a fair price. Most had had Smith back for more work. We hope to do so too. Believe the glowing reviews. This is a great company."

"Carlos is very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job."
