Mr. Rowland came and gave us a reasonable estimate in a timely manner.  He then arrived at the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently.  He repaired the ceiling and the dry wall.  After they dried, he painted them, and you could not tell there was ever a leak or problem at all.  I was amazed that the finished work looked so good!

He cleaned up everything, and left the room in good order.

He is professional, courteous, and competent to get the job done.  I would recommend Mr. Rowland to my neighbors, friends, and family, and we would certainly call on him again if the need presents itself.
