"I contacted Bill and he had a crew out the same week to repair an leak in my ceiling. Gene & Terry, arrived right on time and did a FANTASTIC job repairing the ceiling. They were are true professionals and take great pride in their work. After the paint went on, you couldn't even tell there was a repair made as it was blended perfectly. Gene is a drywall artist! An added bonus, they were super nice, and a delight to chat with. If I ever need to make another drywall repair, they will be my first call!"

"Simply stated, the entire experience went wonderfully! From the very first meeting, through the demolition, until the last tile, fixture, or piece of hardware was placed. Everyone that entered my home carried themselves with the utmost professionalism, and each showed their expertise in their work. This is my first home, and the first time for a remodel and I could not have asked for a better company to take me through this process. I would recommend Sarasota's Best Construction and Flooring to anyone that asks."

"Lance and his group did a great job. Would be happy to recommend them. Removed my popcorn ceiling in the garage, and added new texture. Then painted ceiling and walls. Also took care to be neat, and clean up before leaving.:)"

"If we could give them a 10-star review we would! We had our garage ceiling repaired (large hole & many small ones) and resurfaced and the whole garage painted. Larry and his son were on time and came daily until the job was complete. They were very tidy and cleaned up every day. They did an outstanding job! Our garage looks AMAZING! We highly recommend them. When we decide to remodel our bathroom (or any room for that fact), Triple C is the company we will call :-)"

"My husband met the cleaners at the property to let them in and left. They said they could lock up for us. 2 ladies came and started cleaning right away. After my husband walked them around he was told it would take about 5-6 hours.
The next day I went back to the property to meet a contractor and to check on the cleaning job. The bathrooms looked great. and the inside of the fridge and oven were good. However it look like only some of the walls were cleaned- there was still a smear in the master bedroom on the wall that wasn't wiped down. There were still cobwebs up in the corners of the walls in the foyer and upstairs in the loft and the front upstairs bedroom. The ceiling fans were cleaned however the fan it the front upstairs bedroom looks like it had too much pressure put on it and it is now crooked and 1/2 falling out of the ceiling. The kitchen and appliances were clean however what ever was used to clean the stainless steel left the appliances streaky and dull looking. Also I know we told them they didn't need to clean the floors however I would expect that would mean they would not make it worse and clean up after themselves. There were huge clumps of dust, random bits of paper and hangers left on the floor. I called the company and am currently awaiting a call back.

A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.
Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.
Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.
Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
