"Sirlei is wonderful. I hired her (and her team) for a full-day cleaning of my 1-br cottage and have kept her coming on a weekly basis since then to keep things in shape. After an initial text exchange, we agreed on a time for her to do a short reconnaissance mission. She scoped out the job and gave me a (very reasonable) initial quote. Then on the agreed day, she and a female colleague arrived with a full battery of cleaning supplies. They got started right away while I went off to the office. They cleaned literally everything. The place had been a disaster -- dust everywhere, piles of unorganized junk and boxes, mold on furniture and bathroom ceilings, dirty dishes, etc. etc. By the time I got home that evening, everything was put away neatly on shelves, all surfaces were clean and clear, the mold on furniture and ceilings had been scrubbed away, and the kitchen and bathroom were spic and span. Everything that had been on surfaces was neatly organized in reasonable places. The place had a lovely clean scent (I'm usually averse to the smell of cleaning products but this one isn't chemically at all -- hard to explain). The bed was made, the laundry was done (with clothes folded and put away logically), the trash was taken out, etc etc. I was so impressed that I decided I needed Sirlei every week, and I haven't been disappointed. Couldn't be happier. Sirlei is extremely responsive and flexible (we communicate almost exclusively by text message), so everything is a breeze.
