"A few years ago, I had my roof replaced as I was getting water in my great room during heavy storms. I called the company out multiple times as the problem seemed to be worse after the new roof was installed. Finally they stopped responding and now out of business. Recently, my neighbor noticed that my roof was sagging from an angle I couldn't see. I had multiple companies come out and they all said I needed to have flashing installed (which was done with the new roof). Matt came out and knew immediately that the issue was fallen rafters which caused the whole section to drop. Even my insurance adjuster disagreed so we cut a hole in the ceiling to expose the rafters. Sure enough, Matt was spot on and was able to prove that this indeed was the problem. The crew came in and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally. They even had their own removal vehicle so I didn't have to deal with a dumpster sitting on my driveway for two weeks!
