"Rick charged by the hour so things ended up costing more that we had thought.  He was on time and very friendly and personable.  However, while hanging a fixture he was a little careless and let some of the prism fall to the ground.  He also broke a candle in my bathroom.  He offered to replace it, but didn't.  On two of the light fixtures he hung without putting the casing on so that there is a gaping hole in the ceiling.  He said that he'd come back out and finish it, but then said that he would charge. It seemed like he was doing double work.  He did not clean up after himself.
