Angela's crew tore it out in one day, repaired the walls and ceiling and installed all of our new tiles and fixtures in a reasonable amount of time. I asked for a full closet to be installed, which was nicely done. All new lighting and fixtures. Very nice. Angela's crew are hard workers and they communicate well with the homeowner. Recently we completed a very challenging project that required the excavation under our old seasonal home in conjunction with a significant 2-story addition. After interviewing three reputable and recommended contractors, we decided to work with Dave Nessel, owner of Unique Construction. Dave presented a clear concise estimate of the scope for the work proposed, the costs we should expect and a timeframe for completion; all proved to be very accurate. He and his team of true artisans obviously enjoyed their work. Laughter and music would usually overshadow the sound of the power tools that were working in synchrony. The exceptional fit and finish in a clean and neat environment were easily appreciated. Dave is truly a meticulous visionary. During the project, he was never shy about recommending esthetic modifications which deviated from the architects drawings. Whether these change orders originated from him or us, they were never with exorbitant fees, but were billed for time and materials used. The final result far exceeded our expectations.
