"Michael Bickler of Equity Builders advised us on the design of our bathroom remodel and then he and his crew completed the work quickly and professionally and stayed within budget. Partway through the project we ran into a glitch and Michael provided a great solution. We are delighted with our new bathroom!!! Michael was friendly and easy to work with. Without hesitation we would hire Michael and Equity Builders for future projects and we would recommend him to our friends and family."

"I hired Wonder Woman Cleaning Service for a pre-listing clean on a home that had been vacant for four months. Elvira and her crew cleaned spaces I didn't realized could be cleaned! This home sparkled and SMELLED amazingly once they were done! The kitchen appliances weren't "in addition" to the quote, they were included and cleaned like new. Even the light bulbs were cleaned, every wood door and trim was cleaned and conditioned! Highly Recommend!"

"I recently hired CDA Home Cleaning due to their reputation around town and great reviews online and wow, now I know why they have such a high rating! From the moment I first spoke with their owner Victor on the phone, to the clean itself, to the ease of payment, and the friendly follow up again from the owner to see how things went asking for feedback, it was clear that I was dealing with true professionals that take a lot of pride in what they do. My cleaner Kindra was on time, very kind, and worked her tail off! The cleaning itself was exceptional and every room in my home was left spotless, from the ceiling vents and fans all the way down to the baseboards. They used high quality, non-toxic cleaning products, which is a really big deal for me and my health so not only did the house look clean, but felt clean. If you are looking for a professional, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly team to take care of your home cleans, I would highly recommend Coeur d’Alene Home Cleaning. They will be doing my recurring cleans moving forward, no question about that!"

"They did a great job. Their entire crew worked hard. I was out working on various tasks and they were always hoofing it and always respectful. We gave them some challenges (fair bit of soffit, vaulted ceilings upstairs, stairway) and they nailed em all. Had a 3000 SF home they knocked out start to finish in a little over a week."

"I had accidentally (twice) stepped on the pink in the attic to add holes in my dining room ceiling. Not my best of moves but this company did very excellent fast work to have the ceiling back to looking normal. Overall, the quality of work done is very excellent and worthy of any repeat business."

Im a hard and fast learner an worker i get the job done even if I have to work a little longer to do it.
A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.
Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.
Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.
Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
