"We are very pleased with the two bathrooms that were remodeled. Alvin has some great ideas, discuss with him ahead of time. One in particular, a 3/4 shower wall and opening the shower up to the ceiling in a tiny bathroom. It was simple but made a major difference in aesthetics as well as allowing the steam to dissipate quicker. We could not be happier. The tile work in both bathrooms is lovely and well done. Alvin and his crew were good at working clean. They used roll-out cardboard protection for our floors, hanging plastic sheeting to help keep dust down. They stayed on the job until it was done. It was a lot of work and we felt it was done within a reasonable time. Always have a final walk-through."

The care they exercised in prepping our home for the removal was extraordinary. Everything was taped and covered with plastic; however, the crew took the time to sweep and wipe up each before leaving. The newly finished ceilings are beautiful. Santiago, and his crew are the very best and definitely the finest contractors we have ever dealt with. The work product is impressive, the guys are polite, professional and skilled. Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly!
