"This was our second time hiring Norman Builders and the experience was just as amazing as the first! Ryan and his team remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and we knew right away that we wanted them back to do our master bathroom. The communication was seamless and the quality of work done by Brian, Kevin, Lance and all of the plumbers and electricians was top notch! "I hired Matt after a no-callback and a no-show from two other contractors. I wish I found him first as he came by when he said would, got me a quote in under a day, and showed up to do the work. He and Austin spent about 8 hour putting up blue board over an old ceiling and in a closet, three coating everything, and touching up dents and areas where the trim had damaged the horse-hair plaster. Everything looks good, they definitely breathed new life into an old room. The plaster's about dry now, ready for a final quick sanding, primer and paint. I'm not going to bother calling anyone else the next time I'm looking to have plaster work done, Preferred Skimcoat gets my money from now on."

"Very well. The upstairs bathroom we added an easy access shower to a half bath. To accomplish this we had to gut the bathroom back to the studs, correct some wall framing, lay new pipes, get a 60" x 33" shower in, drywall, tile the floor, add a new toilet and reinstall a pedistal sink. Because we were living in the house this all had to be done keeping the downstairs bathroom working. When the upstairs bath was finished, the first floor bath was gutted and once again reinsulated, new drywall, a new floor, new plumbing, a new tub/shower and sink were added. Trust me, while this all looks so easy on TV, it really takes some time, and you have to allow for that. Asa Wagner is a delight to work with and a perfectionist. I am very happy with the finished projects and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone."

"They were so nice and understood our situation right away. We texted with them at ten pm, and they were in western Mass at ten am, and they drove up here in a snowstorm. They worked so quietly and cleanly I hardly knew they were there. They came back first thing the next day and built a whole new closet for our family.
