"Jeff and his team recently completed two projects for us. First, they completely remodeled our master bathroom. This was a two-week+ project where they first removed our old bathroom, right down to the studs, and then expertly rebuilt every component of our new bathroom, including replacing a 40 year old bathtub with a beautiful new tiled shower. We are thrilled with our new bath. The second project they completed was to completely remodel our garage---floor to ceiling--- with new sheetrock, electrical, insulation, and paint. Early during this project Jeff discovered several electrical code violations, that he and his team then spent over a day correcting. This was unanticipated and required more work, although Jeff did not increase his price for the project. Throughout both projects we found Jeff to be very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or suggestions that we had. His crew was always on-time and kept the job site neat---cleaning-up at the end of each day. We are planning on having Northgate remodel our second bathrooom and replace our front door in early spring and would highly recommend Jeff and his team for any and all home remodeling projects. "Working with Jose and is team was an excellent experience. He’s very dependable and reliable . He shows up on time and he works! His prices are very reasonable and his work product is wonderful. Jose was initially hired to do one project for me (renovation of all 3 bedrooms - install new ceiling light (bedroom had no overhead lighting ) repair ceiling, instal new ceiling fan, paint all bedrooms, built two custom closets. After I realized how well he worked, I asked him back to do a second project on my home, repainting the entire interior of my home, repairs to the ceiling etc. he also did more electrical work on the front of the house. He then did some tile replacement and I installed additional lights in the basement area. Based on the work my Neighbour saw at my home they also hired Jose to repaint the entire interior of their home.He’s the ONLY person I will ever call from now on for Anything I need done."

"Ivan responded quickly to my inquiry, and he and Noel came to look at what I needed done and gave me an estimate of $600 to install the pull-down attic stair unit i had already purchased. That was half what another "handyman" service had quoted me. They were flexible about scheduling the job, showed up on time, and did a fine job with the installation including adding some wood trim around the new opening in the ceiling. It would have been nice if they'd vacuumed around the work area when they were done as there was sone sawdust, but a very minor point and I didn't even notice the dust until well after they'd finished and left."

"Joe and his team were very courteous and professional . The job was done to perfection. I had a busted heating pipe and it damaged the ceiling and downstairs foyer. He replaced all the drywall and painted the area. They never left a messy jobsite and keep the dust to a minimum. They will always be the company I call when I need drywall repaired. "Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."
