I was raised joining him on construction sites and gained valuable home maintenance skills as well as an old school work ethic. \n\nI have 10+ years of cleaning experience, from move-out cleans of federal employee apartments, to re-occurring, general and deep cleans to all kinds of clients. I've worked as a groundskeeper taking care of a 140 unit mobile home community maintaining yards and public areas. I've maintained trails and cleared brush for the Forest Service and love any opportunity to be outside.\n\nWhether it be cleaning your home, maintaining your yard, or you have a random household chore/task needing to be taken care of, I can do it. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
