"Tom came over and opening the wall behind the washer and dryer, replacing the dryer vent that had come apart inside the wall, cleaning out the mess that resulted, replacing the valves which no longer completely shut off, and then repairing the wall. He was on time for our appointment to look at the work and provided the quote in a day or two. He arranged to have two guys out to do the work about a week after I asked him to move forward. They were punctual, did an excellent job, and cleaned up well after they finished up. Tom made an adjustment to the pricing in the end since it turned out not to be as difficult a job as originally anticipated. The plumbing was sub-contracted -- he did a good job as well, although it took him quite a while to get there. They finished in the time estimated; if the plumber had been available earlier on the first day, they may well have not had to come back the second day. They had to come back three more times for 30 minutes to finish mudding/sanding the wall, which again was what I was told up front. Because of my work schedule, I had to reschedule the final return trip for the Saturday that week, which was not problem. I will absolutely call Tom again when I have work to be done in the future."
