They were extremely professional throughout the project and maintained a very high quality of work. They went above and beyond to fix a handful of smaller issues with the ceiling, and were willing to adjust the project scope after helping us see that a larger portion of ceiling was in need of replacement. They also performed this terribly messy project while I was living in the house and took great care to clean before leaving each day. I would highly recommend working with them!"

"Everything turned out fantastic. They responded with an estimate immediately and ready to get to work. They were very efficient in painting our vaulted ceilings and livingroom/bathroom/hallways. They also installed a vinyl floor in a bathroom. They cleaned up their mess, moved our furniture back and mopped the floor. I would hire them again for any projects I have. In addition, his rates are very reasonable. I'm sure I will be calling them back to do some exterior painting!!"

"Clifton "Ricky" repaired the drywall where my father had a wheelchair and damaged the corners of the doorways. Ricky then painted all the walls, ceilings and trim. We had carpet being layer so he only had 6 days to complete it. Then when the carpet was laid the carpet layers damaged the new paint on trim and Ricky came in with no extra charge and repainted the trim the other workers damaged. He was not only more reasonable then the other quotes, but we have already called him to do some plumbing repair."

They had a competitive quote and we’re able to start quickly. Their crew was hard working, very courteous and customer focused. The best thing about working with Brawny Builders was their effectiveness in communicating with me about all phases of the project. "I was very happy with the work being done initially. Leo was very attentive, followed up along with Doug the business owner checking up on the work being done. Felt very good about my decision. Late in getting gutters installed but was done 3 weeks later (maybe that is normal). First rain finding a lot of water running down my facia between the gutter and facia. Very responsive initially to that problem but 3 weeks later, now finding company out of business. Business phone mail box full. Called office clerk finding out she left 3 weeks ago along with Leo leaving me high and dry!!! This sucks!!!"
