Small jobs welcome
"We had them turn an old rotting deck into a beautiful sunroom. Excellent communication. Every time we called and texted Carlos answered or responded, which is a big deal when you hire a contractor. The sunroom they built for us turned out great, however, it took longer than anticipated. Several people came to of work at various times but the two main ones were very polite and likable and even when we made design changes in the middle of the project they were attentive and professional"

"I hired this company thinking Brian would be doing the work. On the day they came out Brian left his two helpers to do the job and he left and didn't come back. His helpers did do an excellent job replacing my popcorn ceiling but I wasn't totally pleased with the work. They left about two dozen small places at the top of my walls where the masking tape pulled off the paint. Also when removing the tape they left two more noticeable places where they pulled some filler off the walls. They also left ceiling mix splatter on all six of the vanity light bulbs and light fixture. I also found a foot long scrape on a hall wall where I think they maybe scraped it with a rolling tote. The workers left without saying anything about these issues. Brian called the next day and I told him about all the places where the paint was pulled off the walls. He apologized for not telling me before the work was started that that was something that could possibly happen. He offered to repaint the top band on all the walls but he wanted to charge me to do it. I declined because I didn't want to pay him to do it and decided to do it myself. I spent four hours carefully touching up all the walls, cleaning the light bulbs and fixture and cleaning the scrape off the hallway wall."

"Had drywall put over a falling Celotex ceiling plus put drywall over an interior window to separate two rooms. They took a little extra time to allow the drywall mud to completely dry, especially on the tricky ceiling repair. I think other firms would have rushed this part of job. Then ceiling and wall patch were primed/ painted. The final results turned out better than expected."

"Very professional, extremely affordable, and a very good quality work. Hire Dimitri and his team and you will not regret"
A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.
Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.
Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.
Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
