They cleaned for about 3.5 hours and left us amazed. The kitchen and bathroom required the most work and now look brand new. Getting soap stains of shower doors has always been an issue for us, but they now look brand new. They cleaned doors, windows, ceiling fans, switches etc. apart from vacuuming moping, making beds, dusting furniture and picture frames. Just a very through job. No issues at all. "LPZ is a small outfit, with only 3 employees. I found them to be responsive to my request even though it was obvious to me they were trying to juggle my job with another job they were working on at the same time. This did lead to some issues since there are only three of them. That being said, a gentleman named Geraldo did my kitchen drywall repair, which he did a very good job on. He also did a good job fixing my ceiling that had water damage. The only negative to report from my experience was that the original estimate had to be updated, which significantly increased after a further review of the work needed to do the job. However, I considered the final price to be of fair value. I would recommend them based on the quality of work they performed but keep in mind the issues I described above."
