"Although I liked Latitia & her husband a lot, their service was "a lick and a promise" at best. We negotiated a price that was based on 3 hours, yet they were only here an hour. For the cleaning, they moved nothing on counters nor furniture on the floors. This was a superficial cleaning at best ... and when they were here for only 1 hour (instead of the 3 we discussed), I gave her an opportunity to adjust her price; she didn't. And so, for what they charged me, this "cleaning" was not particularly good ... and it was way overpriced!"

"They have done a great job. The cleaners worked hard and quickly. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors."

"It was a pleasant surprise to have AA Window Washing come to my home on time and start to work almost immediately. Refreshing!! They cleaned my windows, in and out, sills and screens. They also cleaned after themselves and literally didn't leave a trace of debris. I have no hesitation to recommend AA Window Washing if you are seeking a reliable hard-working company."

"Great customer service, very trustworthy and nice guy. Not the cheapest but the quality of work reflects the price. Would hire again."

"Excellent service. Always on time and professional. Hire every year for chimney repair, clean and inspection. This year we added carpet cleaning and we were not disappointed. Always take the time to do things correctly."

"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. The furniture was all placed back where it was, the basement was perfectly clean, and the house smelled better than it did before the cleaning. Thanks Productive! Highly recommended!"

"Great! Top notch service from start to finish. We did not even know how to begin looking for a chimney sweeping service, but the nice people at Sooty Myke's made it very easy to schedule, even though it's a busy time of year. Our chimney sweep arrived promptly and cleaned very thoroughly without leaving a trace of evidence of his visit! Very professional technician. Would recommend!"

"Wonderful service!!!! Carpets look so clean!"

"Joe was very kind, understanding, and courteous working in my home. He made sure my every single one of my ducts were thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and the areas outside them were also cleaned. He cleaned 17 pounds of dirt, dust, and debris out of my vents. He also offered me a sanitizing solution service which was not much more expensive than his service. He was not pushy about it, and made me feel like it was solely my decision to pay for more services. Joe did some amazing work and I could tell the difference in my air quality almost immediately. I cannot recommend Joe and his services enough. He prices fairly and you will be satirized with his work."
