"They're very good. They're very thorough. They get everything very clean. We've used other cleaning services in the past and have always been disappointed, but Ivanilde's is extremely good. I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. I mean, this past Tuesday they were about a half an hour later than they had hoped to be, on average, they are quite punctual. I will use them in two weeks."

"A refreshing…. No pun intended experience using Fresh Air. They were on time, which to me is early. Did everything they said they were going to do, efficiently, answered every question, and I had several. They explained in ways I understood. We’re very kind and compassionate of my father with Alzheimer’s who lives in the home. They protected furniture with plastic sheeting…. Have never seen a vent cleaning service do that!
