"I would recommend Advanced air duct cleaning services. They were very efficient. I enjoyed seeing what they were cleaning because the home I had purchased has never had their air ducts cleaned so I got to see firsthand what they look like before and how they were after and it is amazing to see the difference and the air is now cleaner. It smells better because thereâ s not all those dust in the house and they also use the sanitizer plus it also prevent mold, mildew, or anything else that builds up inside your air vents. They were on time very courteous. They kept me informed and I definitely will have them back. I am on a plan for them to come back and do them again which will be once a year because I have animals that live in the house. You canâ t go wrong and the price is very good and affordable."

These folks cleaned the ducts, but saved me $4,000+ dollars on various things they found that were serious issues, that were not related to the ducts. "Very timely on response to request for service and show times. Very reasonably priced. Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."

"were Osterling was the only one of the four service providers I had contacted over the past two years whose estimate to rehab. our fireplaces was less than what it had recently cost us to replace our roof.  They were also the only one who confidently asserted that they could fix the sooty odor problem of the upstairs fireplace They were also the only ones who did not need us to hire a plumber for the gas line installation.  They sold us a beautiful gas log, did not break a sweat over the inevitable job specific challenges, and came in for a final bill that was less than the estimate.  I have not written a review until now because I needed the cold weather to allow for at least a half dozen fires in each fireplace to confirm a no-problems status.
