He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! Boyd Services was the most incredibly professional service I’ve hired in all my years from HomeAdvisor or Angie’s Service. We’re talking 2 decades of home services. If I could give him a hundred stars I would. We are super happy we hired him instead of the other folks."

When the original time slot didn’t fit my schedule, she offered a creative solution at no additional cost—splitting the service into two separate days—which worked perfectly for my large two-story home. Yumi handled the cleaning both days and was fantastic. She arrived early, walked through the home to understand priorities, and worked diligently without rushing. She asked questions before moving or discarding anything and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction, even walking me through the completed areas at the end of each day. Ben called in advance and showed up on schedule, proceeded to explain the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. Then, he and his crew carried on the deep cleaning of air ducts and vents, and inspected the a/c units including the treatment for mold and fungus. "They did a great job! The carpets were badly pet-stained & they came out looking like new! Dryer vent cleaning has reduced by drying time from 3 cycles to 1! They found quite a bit of build-up in my HVAC which was a shock, especially with the added cost to do a complete system cleaning.
