"Elite General Services provides a number of services for me (tree-trimming, leaf removal), but primarily house-cleaning services.
My schedule is a little complicated and I often have to reschedule service dates.  Occasionally, there has been some scheduling miscommunications, but for the most part, Elite General Services has been responsive to my needs responding via text messaging, etc.
Elite provides house-hold cleaning service every other week on an on-going basis.  I've been with them for a number or years.  I have a multi-pet household and they've done a pretty good job at helping us keep the fur at bay.  I would, and have, recommended them to others when asked about cleaning and other services.

They quickly got to work and conducted an in-depth inspection of our units and ducting with an explanation of the services needed. They answered all questions and provided recommendations without being pushy. Upon settling on a price, they got to work and did they workâ ¦they devoted over 7 hours to our house, completely cleaning two units with multiple ducts and returns. When they came upon issues, they shared them with us and even provide before and after photos. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and conscientious.
