"I was quoted $180 and when I asked them what I should write the check for and he said $195. I was a little upset about the quality of work as I went through it the next day. Some of the screens were not clean, there was still dirt on the bottom of the window. The bathroom window was not clean. The upstairs windows were not cleaned on the outside. My appointment was 2-3:30 and they called said it would be about an hour and they showed up around 6 or so. I asked them if they could get rid of the cob webs above the door window and they somewhat did. They didn't clean the slider bottom frame. I had to take a shop vac and clean the bottom of most of the windows the sliders. I just think taking advantage of a women is not good business and that is just what they did. Had I not been in mourning of my mother and worrying about my husband driving back from Florida I may have been more on top of it. This guy wants to go down to Florida and start up a business? He won't do well unless he improves the quality of work."
