"Gloria is a great lady who assessed my house for the in-depth cleaning. Once we scheduled, she and another lady were prompt and ready to go. They even came prepared... she bought all the cleaning supplies needed (all products were "go green" and environmentally friendly). She left all the supplies when finished (since the cost of the supplies were included). Initially, I thought they did a wonderful job but on closer inspection, they forgot a few requests (like washing kitchen floor by hand). Still, they spent 9+ hours cleaning my house and it looks great! Would recommend for the "picky people" at heart! I am picky. No complaints overall gr8!"

She worked with me in scheduling an appointment both for the walkthrough and the actual cleaning; and was flexible in accommodating my timeframe. She thoroughly assessed the house via our walk-thru, and was accurate and detailed in what would be included in the cleaning. I was not disappointed in the quality of work performed and how clean she got the whole house. The bathrooms and kitchen were scrubbed, thoroughly cleaned, and spotless. The windows, ledges, and ceilings were all efficiently cleaned. Fixtures were dusted, furniture polished, and drapes lightly brushed/vacuumed down. The house looked and smelled completely refreshed! She and her assistant did not rush thru with a cursory cleaning but diligently cleaned, disinfected, wiped, mopped and vacuumed from top to bottom. "Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"
